This page is about the EludiApp app, developed by Eludia Events S.r.l. Società Benefit, and the www.eludiaevents.it portal. There is a single account for both: deleting it closes access to the app and to the portal.
1. From the app
- Open EludiApp and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm with the 6-digit code we send you by email.
From that moment the account is suspended and you are signed out of every device. You have 7 days to change your mind: sign in to the app again and tap «Cancel deletion». After 7 days the deletion becomes final.
2. Without the app
Write to info@eludiaevents.it from your account's email address asking us to delete it. We reply within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
3. What we delete and what we keep
- Immediately: access to the app and the portal, open sessions and notifications on your devices.
- After 7 days: enrolments in future courses are cancelled; our office will contact you about any refunds.
- Within 30 days: we delete the data we are not required to keep (for example password, phone, home address, photo, preferences).
We keep only what the law requires: invoices for 10 years (tax law) and the documentation of the CME (ECM) courses you attended (attendance, credits, certificates) for the period required by the Italian Continuing Medical Education system. This data is no longer used for any other purpose.
